Saskatchewan targets Express Entry, Occupation In-Demand candidates with specific work experience in a new draw

The International Skilled Worker category is part of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP),
which allows the province to nominate foreign workers for Canadian permanent residence.
Candidates with work experience in five occupations were targeted in the June 20:
•Accounting technicians
•Architectural technologists and technicians
•Bakers
•Paramedical occupations
•Medical laboratory technologists.
An Expression of Interest details a candidate’s education, work experience, proficiency in English or French,
among other factors, and awards them a score out of 100 points based on the information provided.

The highest-scoring candidates in both the Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand pools are invited to apply for a provincial nomination through regular draws.

The lowest score drawn on June 20 in both the Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand sub-categories was 68.
